PLEASE READ I’ve used Bama Air many times personally and our business has referred many people to them. My last experience changed all of that. I first called a couple months ago to have a unit reconnected to a mobile home I had moved. They said they would work me in which is expected. No problems. A few weeks later I called to check back in. Left a voicemail. I was not upset at all and was always polite. I simply wanted to touch base with them again to see if they had any idea about when they could get to my job. My job was not urgent so I didn’t mind waiting. I never got a call back. At some point, I was told that one of the employees tried to call me last minute to go do my job. It was a random phone number and I had no way of knowing it was Bama because they didn’t leave a voicemail. Fast forward a few weeks and I call again. Still not upset AT ALL. I understand that business is booming and it takes some time. No worries. I leave another very polite voicemail just checking in. The following day at 6:28am I get a call back. That’s early and I’m in the shower. I listen to the voicemail and it’s a rude message eluding to the fact that I never answer my phone and that I “just keep leaving voicemails”. Again, I was more than polite every call and truly in no rush. I made that clear. I called William back and said to forget about doing my job. I could have had it done long ago but wanted to use Bama. But no more. And the referrals stop too. I understand that they will still have plenty of business without me and I don’t want them to fail. But I was treated unfairly and I think it’s worth expressing. I have my call logs and voicemails from the whole ordeal. I would rather not have the unit hooked than use Bama Air.

Replaced my Split system Air conditioning unit. save me a large amount of money also my power bill lowered about $150 a month because it had higher rate of efficiency. Best company to do business with, quick on installation and helpful tips on using the unit.
