  Very responsive and knowledgeable service on my mini-split heat pump. Knew exactly what to do and worked quickly to complete the work. Professional, courteous and fast; they exceeded my expectations. I recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

  I have used Ballou's for over 20 years for furnace and A/C they are simply the best around Jeremy is the most knowledgeable repair man around. I would only recommend Ballou's Plumbing and Heating.
