We called Ball to install 2 brand new units for us and we have been very pleased thus far. The sales associate was polite, on -time and explained everything in detail. The install team was prompt, cleaned up any mess that was made (which was minimal) and explained what they did and how to operate our new thermostats. We had to call back with a few weeks for a minor service issue, which the tech quickly resolved and again explained all that was done. Would surely recommend them for future system install if ever needed again. Thank you Ball, Amy and Paul.

I called, and Ryan came out the same day! He gave me great examples of the systems they could install, and I chose one and was immediately given a date and time for installation! Two gentlemen came out, and they were absolutely amazing. On time, called before coming out, gave me options, and explained everything. They finished up in about 4 hours, removing and installing a brand new indoor and outdoor system, then walking me through owner maintenance, and showing me everything they did. I'm really impressed with their service and the way I was treated.

Technician Ryan McQueen completed service cleaning promptly as scheduled. He was professional with the southern courtesy expected especially here in the south. He was thorough and very detailed in his response to my queries. He even took a step further in giving helpful suggestions to save energy and expenses. He also honored our request taking precautions for his safety and ours due to COVID Pandemic. Greatly appreciated him.
