Dave was great to work with! On time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Although our furnace is just a few years old, we were having issues with it overheating or turning off. Dave diagnosed the issue and was very helpful in determining what we need to do so it does not happen again. Jenny and Karen from the office are so nice too - and we were able to get an appointment quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Balance Point Heating and Air Conditioning replaced our HVAC venting. It had initially been incorrectly installed during construction and they were able to diagnose the problem and replace the venting to bring it to the manufacturer's standards. Anthony and Alex were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. I would use them again!

Ben from sales spent the time to match up a perfect fit for my home rather than all the other companies oversizing. This helps improve efficiencies and a lower bill at the end of each month. Anthony and Alex on install did a solid job with very clean lines. I can tell their team actually cares about the customer and the work they do. Two thumbs up and some toes too! Definitely would recommend.
