  called for dishwasher service and Grady Baker came out. that serivixe call went well he was on time and polite. i needed a new wash motor and valve told me he would call soon with pricing but never did. we we called to follow up they told us parts were ordered but did not give a price. I called again after the holidays to follow up on the ETA and the receptionist told me they couldnt track it but when the parts came in they would schedule to call. Two days later get a call saying "parts and labor will be 400+ do you want us to proceed?". They hadnt even ordered them after 3 weeks!! Went online ordered the motor and valve for $130 (certified whirpool parts) which took 2 days to receive via fedex and we will follow the youtube video we found to replace it them which looks like itll take all of 30 minutes. I was absolutley shocked after calling on the Order ETA twice that we were lied to like that. Lost my business now and in the future and next time i see someone refer this company on York County 411 im going to advise they take their business elsewhere.

  Stated they would be back in a week. After more than a month I called them back and they had to ask me what they were fixing. Told me they would be out the following week. Now, 3+ weeks later I call them again and they tell me that my information fell out of the system, need me to provide all of my information yet again....no thanks, done, will look elsewhere. Seems to be great with long-standing customers but not very good with newer customers. Do Not Recommend.
