We have used Roger with Baker Heating and Air often over many years. Unfortunately, he runs his business very poorly, does not communicate well or professionally, and now treats loyal, repeat clients extremely poorly and disrespectfully. His unwillingness to handle his business administration efficiently and professionally, and his complete lack of respectful communication with long term clients, is losing him our business. Very disappointing.
