  I called Bailey for an emergency issue and they were able to arrive very quickly. I needed a piece to fix the issue and they were able to find the piece quickly and get it installed. The technician was very professional and made sure the system worked before leaving. Will be sure to contact Bailey Heating & Air in the future for any issues or maintenance.

  Had the air conditioning go out and after a suggestion by a neighbor that Bailey was the best around I gave them a call. I called them on Monday and they were very busy that day and tried to work me in. Too busy of a schedule for that day but they were at my home early Tuesday morning. A quick diagnosis determined it was a capacitor not a compressor. Their technician was very knowledgeable, very professional and had everything going in less than an hour. Their invoice for the repair was a pleasant surprise because it was so reasonable for a call out. I will be calling them again for any heating and air conditioning issues in the future.

  I like there service-good quality and the prices are good and fair, the only thing me and my wife did not like was the smell of pot on one of the workers and the smoke. If you are going to have a good business then the workers need to be the same and professional, not be smoking on the job. My wife has asthma and this was uncalled for. So again, good service but need better workers.
