  I called Baez Heating & Air when I was in a real pickle! My system had gone out and there was a storm on the way! John and his crew went WAY out of their way, and worked an a weekend to insure that I would have heat! Nice guys, very professional, showed up at the time that they quoted me, and charged me exactly what they quoted me (even though there were a couple of unforeseen repairs needed). I am recommending Baez Heating & Air to all of my Texas friends when they want the job done quickly and correctly! Starr Jackson Irving, TX
