  BAC Systems installed a replacement furnace for my house. Entire experience, from the very first call to the estimate visit to the installation, was of the highest professional quality and service. Joe, the owner, offered honest and unbiased advice throughout the process. Time commitments were kept. The installation was as planned and my place was left very clean after the work was done. Joe answered all my questions with patience and in details. I highly recommend Joe and BAC Systems. It is tough to find such ethical, good quality and responsive craftsmen. So, when I experience a good service like this, I appreciate it!

  BAC was outstanding! I wish I had known about Joe 20 years ago! He installed two new furnaces, two new AC units and two new thermostats. He clearly explained my options and the pricing was fair. The work he did was reliable, courteous and professional and was done on time in the timeframe he estimated. The inspector from my town even commented what a great job he did. In a world of many HVAC contractors, Joe stands out as the best!

  BAC Systems replaced my 19 year old TRANE units with new, two stage furnaces. The father and son team got the job done so fast that the temperature barely dropped a couple of degrees while the heat was off. I am thrilled with how the new units are functioning! They are much quieter than my old blowers and only become noticeable when the second stage kicks in. I found Joe from BAC to be honest and informative. He agreed with some of my concerns regarding new HVAC equipment and advised me how to address them. The price of the service was fair and within the range that TRANE provides as a guide on their site.
