  B&S installed my old unit in 1998 and just installed my new York 4 ton unit last week. Bo and Judy are great people and very honest. In short, I wouldn’t use anyone other than B&S Heat and Air.

  Called due to not cooling, unit not kicking on and off, and not feeling like it was blowing or kicking in properly. The repair man came out and cleaned coils (which were indeed filthy) and added refrigerant (freon). When he left, the problems was still not fixed. Called again the next day and reported it to answering service. Received NO call back. Next morning, called again. Repair man, showed up that 2nd evening (did not call) and complained the whole time saying he could do nothing else and called us liars. You could put your hands to the vent and could feel the air NOT coming out, nor hear the unit kick in while he was here. Very dissatisfied with Paid for service. Had to call new a.c. service to come fix the problem. New service man found problem within minutes of arrival. Heating was blowing same time as A.C.. Due to B &S heating,, I will now have an absolutely high outrageous electric bill due to their incompetence.
