Job security is all I can say!!! Have lived same place 3 years and EVERY summer they have to come "service" it, which pretty much ends up being them telling us it is froze up!! It shouldnt freeze up set at 70 degrees! We have always had central heat and air where we have lived and have NEVER had the kind of problems we have had with this company

They wired my aux heat up wrong then tried to tell me I need a new unit. 23 yr old kid . Had Rocky from Taylor heat and air diagnose it immediately. Showed me the problem wired it correctly . Heats never been hotter.
