  This company has excellent customer service!! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They were very willing to answer all of my questions. I will continue to use this company for all of my HVAC needs in the future!!

  Like others in this review board. I have a DR Horton home and they used this company. They installed a carrier system in my home and now that i have a leak in my evaporator coil it caused my system to freeze. Here's where the trouble begins. Due to extremely careless installation they placed the 2x4 the entire system is sitting on up against the emergency drain, causing my roof to flood and my upstairs. I called the company and spoke with the rudest receptionist. She simply stated that they didnt fail inspection and completely refused to acknowledge their poor work. She also said it would be $210 just to have someone come out and look. Also, that would be over 2 weeks away. Seeing as we are in GA in the summer and I have a 1 year old and that wasn't reasonable. They did NOT care. They then told me that i didnt have to use their company. Any positive reviews for this company is hard to believe. Will update.
