  My 28yr old A/C unit finally died and I needed to get a new one as Spring is coming to a close. B. Mays was able to educate me & answer any questions that I had in the world of HVAC units. And most importantly (in my book) provide the best value compared to the competition. There were no “up charges” nor pressure to purchase a fancier unit with unnecessary bells/whistles. Finally, the install process was smooth and quick.

  Mr Mays was very thorough and professional. Mr Mays explained why I continued to have the same problem with my unit that I've had another company address every year for the last 3 yrs, without putting a band aid on the problem he fixed the issue and my air conditioning is working like new .
