Been there three times. the fourth time after having the SUV for a few hours Bill told me an a/c line needs to be replaced and the part will be coming from Georgia. This was on July 1st. Today is August 23rd - 53 days without A/C and NO phone call. Bill, if you read this, call and tell us whom you would recommend to get our A/C on our 1999 Chevy Tahoe fixed - you are either too busy, retired or just don't want to do it...

I brought one of my cars to Bill's place to have some AC lines refitted for it and Bill told me to come back the following week to assess the hoses and to bring the car as well. So I showed up the next week, on time, with the car and hoses which I removed from the vehicle. It was obvious that Bill had booked far too many appointments in one day as he was utterly overwhelmed and cars were piled up in his driveway. I was asked by Bill to move my vehicle twice while I waited for him to even acknowledge that I was there for a scheduled appointment. As I waited, I watched Bill struggle to function for a good half hour moving customer's cars around and acting sporadically. At one point he was moving a Blue 1965 Mustang to which I noted he stalled several times even grinding the gears repeatedly. It was clear to me at this point that I didn't want this man helping me with my AC hoses and I was ready to leave. To my surprise, I hear my car starting behind me and I turn around and Bill is in the driver's seat like he owns it. I go up to him and nicely tell him I will move my car if he needs me to no problem at all. Something snapped in Bill's brain and he became infuriated. At that point, he became irate and said: "Is your car too precious for me to move?" And of course, at that point, I told him off as any normal person would. If he couldn't move a Mustang 10 feet without stalling it five times, I sure as hell wasn't going to let him move my four-speed. I told Bill to get out of my car and he got a crazy look in his eyes but thankfully he got out although he dumped the clutch in reverse like an absolute idiot. Keep in mind that I came to his "shop", to have some AC lines refitted which indirectly involved my vehicle. Why he got in my car, I have no idea but let this story be a warning to you. If you care about your vehicle, don't bring it to this sad individual. And Bill I know you're reading this, so read this last sentence carefully. At the end of the day, you repair AC systems for cars and there isn't any room for an ego for such menial work.

Owner Bill is a great guy. He went out of his way to help me on short notice when my wife's car needed a/c service. He made every effort to keep my costs down, but ultimately the car needed a new condensor and pulley. Bill backs his work and will show you exactly where the problem is, so there is no mystery to where your money is going. I would recommend him to anyone needing a/c service or repairs on their vehicle.
