  If you are looking for an honest repair man than Dwayne Moore is your guy!! He helped me fix our problem over the phone and didn't come out and charge me when he could've easily done so!! To me that says a lot about someone and he is definitely who I will use from now on because I have had a couple other repair men come out over the years and try and tell me I needed a whole new unit and just right something to look like they did something and then charge a crazy amount!! I'm so thankful he was recommended!!

  Our furnace quit working on a very cold day. I called B&D and Doug came within an hour. He was very efficient and friendly. He got us back up and running in no time.

  They installed my new furnace and air condition 12 months ago. Having problems with the a/c. called five times -- no return call. UNRESPONSIVE TO FOLLOW UP PROBLEMS . try another company.
