My dad had a wonderful experience getting a new HVAC system set up for his home and referred me to this company. I’ve been having a reoccurring issue with my hvac so I decided to try out a new company. Didn’t show up the first time(I called last minute and he tried to squeeze me in, understandable). We rescheduled, my husband stayed home and waited all day on the day of, and they kept texting me and pushing back the time. After me texting that we can reschedule he said “no ma’am, I will show up” and then texts me a picture with a gash in his hand saying he’s in the ER. Also understandable. I tell my coworkers and they tell me to save the picture to see when it was taken. The picture was taken 3 days prior to my appointment. Never got a text to reschedule, went with a different company. If you only care about installing new HVAC systems and not repairs, then that’s not a company I want to work with. If we had to have ended up getting a new system I would have probably got it from them. I work in customer service, and I understand that family owned is sometimes ignorant when it comes to customer service. But be honest. If you know you’re not going to make just say so. It was a whole week of us waiting from the first day to the last, we could have had someone out to fix our stuff. It was the middle of the summer and our thermostat was at an average of 80 in the house.

B&B is amazing! Scott is extremely professional, very kind, and does great work! He came and looked at my hvac unit and saw it needed to be replaced, he was at my apartment the very next morning with a brand new system ready to install! You can tell he takes great pride in his business and his work. I can’t stress enough how awesome this company truly is, they will always be my go to for hvac repairs from here on out.

Two times this company has been a problem. 1. The entire HVAC unit was to be replaced prior to closing on our home summer of 2019. We kept pushing the closing date back due to having to wait. I was allowed to live in the house before closing thankfully but everytime someone was supposed to come out they never did. I was met with excuse after excuse and one about how he had to fire someone which isn't my business or problem. 2. That same year, during Winter, our heat kept refusing to kick on. This is a brand new unit btw. So I ignored it at first and used our wall heater but then it became a normal thing so I called Scott and asked him to come look at it. We have a warranty which leads me to believe the fact the service was free was why he kept lying about coming out. My husband took it upon himself to try to learn what the problem was, I mentioned to Scott it may be a certain part and without coming out to look Scott "ordered it" and then lied about coming out to install it. The first time he used his wife's epilepsy as an excuse and I wished her well. The second time he said he actually came out and replaced it but my husband is home during the day AND I have a doorbell camera. SCOTT NEVER ONCE CAME TO MY HOUSE. It was close to spring by this point and I just let it go because it will be warm soon. Now? I have a 5 month old at home, it's winter 2021 and guess who's heat is not working today?! Scott, you'll be receiving a text from me later explaining why I am going with a DIFFERENT HVAC company.
