  Our furnace was not working. We called and were transferred to an answering system. After an hour we called again, again an answering system, we did receive a return call where we were told by the repair man would that he would be by that day. We have not heard from anyone since. We called another service.

  We tried to use BA Morrison for installation of an entirely new HVAC system in our home. A guy showed up on time and walked us through the whole process for 45 minutes. Said we would get an estimate in a week. 3 weeks no estimate, no call, no follow-up whatsoever. I called twice and each time I was told by the person who answered that it was either on its way or was emailed. I even checked my spam folder. All a lie. Beware, do not waste your time with this highly unprofessional business.

  They installed a complete HVAC system for my house in Castro valley. They might not be the cheapest, but they are the most professional andcleanest installation you will ever have. And you can rely on them if anything happens in the future, there will come and fix it. I learned that the cheapest is not always good. They are fair in there prices and the best installation you will ever have. William
