I recently purchased a home with an Aztec Geothermal system still under warranty. We had a few instances of the system blowing a fuse and shutting down in the middle of the night. They responded right away and didn't stop until the job was done right. Well done! The first time, our Aztec rep responded right away, came to our house within a few hours, replaced the fuse, got the system up and running, and unsuccessfully tried to identify the root cause of the problem. A few days later the fuse blew again and I emailed my rep. He had left for vacation and the company president responded to me directly. They had a second rep at the house within the hour. He replaced the fuse, but also could not find the source of the problem. Next night it happened again. The rep returned to the house first thing and was able to successfully trouble shoot and repair the issue for good. I am thrilled with the VERY fast response from Austin, John, and Geoff. They came to the house and got the heat going within an hour or two. They kept coming back until the job was done right. Well done. I'll make sure they install the next system I need, should that day ever come.

I can't say enough good things about Aztech. They installed my geothermal system 1.5 years ago and continue to go the extra mile to make me feel like a valued customer. Kai and the rest of the crew are super knowledgeable and friendly. Companies like Aztech are rare these days. And let me just add that my home has never been warmer during the past two winters and never cooler during the summer now that we switched to geothermal. Two cold winters so far and I've only spent $400 per year to heat my house. O If you're thinking about switching to geothermal, I highly recommend using Aztech Geothermal.

Installed system 8 years ago. So nice to not depend on fossil fuels. I still wave at the oil truck though !!! 🙂 So nice to come home from making hay and walk into a super cool home in the summer. And winter is warm and comfy in the house. Had a few hiccups- a hairline crack in a fitting first year or two in; and 8 years later we had the fan motor fail, which is reasonable. Always dependable service calls. Highly recommended the company and entire support team.
