  Dean was referred by a friend who had previously recommended him to his own mother. Therefore, we had no hesitation in calling him out. He was responsive to our multiple questions/concerns which often took place outside a typical tour of duty, yet he remained respectful and professional. Cost was reasonable; however, affordable payment options were offered. The timely/prompt service eased a stressful situation. 👍🏻

  This guy was rude and disrespectful to my wife. Then he decided not to come after he had given 3 different windows he was scheduled to come. He never called. After calling him multiple times he said he was not coming. Worst AC guy we have ever had dealings with.
