  We used Axsom for duct sanitation and it was a positive experience. They answer the phone right away, schedule you immediately, and have automated text/emails to confirm your appointments and to let you know when the technician is on his/her way. The technicians were positive individuals who had everything they needed in order to do their jobs easily. They were knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing.

  Aaron was extremely professional and did a great job explaining everything and available options to help our home become more energy efficient! Alongside Aaron, Christian came to service our hot water heater which wasn’t working properly. He flushed it and checked it and now it’s back to working normally! These two gentlemen did a great job and were very professional! I only use Axsom and only have for years because of folks like this. Another satisfied customer experience!

  Mario the technician was nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He took his time to make sure everything was done properly and in a timely manner. He even gave me recommendations on whats needed to get the maximum performance from my AC unit.
