I would love to leave a 5 star review. I am a 13 year customer and have always used your services, we have a quarterly contract for maintained and have always enjoyed the service. Your technicians have always been the most professional and have always done a great job. However in Dec we had a Ac/Heater unit replaced. Installation was great but as we started to use it, problems arose that we have never had before. When it was sold to us in we were told by your salesman in Oct that the unit we had previously purchased from you (roughly 13 years ago) was no longer sold and the new unit will be the same size but quieter, lower our electric bill and all around be better. When I questioned why it was more then doubled the price I paid 13 years ago (I understand inflation but come on). I was told that with Covid and supply this is the price and in about 30 days the prices will be raising another 15 to 20 percent. Now with the new unit it sounds that we have a wind tunnel in the house with the heat on, our electric bill is more expensive.. True we never shopped around because your company really has been great all these years, however we are starting to feel that we were sold a unit that was not meant for us. The good thing is that your company has sent a tech out to assess the situation and hopefully we can come to a resolution to this issue. Your techs, office personal, scheduling, and everyone else I have dealt with have been some of the best we have seen. Hopefully all can be repaired and I can give you 5 stars review.

Hi Damian. We sincerely appreciate your feedback. I wish we had a better answer for you. Unfortunately we have had substantial price increases from all of our manufacturers. One as high as 45% increase, in 6 months. It's truly unfortunate that we are dealing with these increases but we are at the mercy of our manufacturers and suppliers. We are trying to do our best to keep our pricing sustainable. However, we had to make the decision to increase due to the industry increases being non stop. We are praying that the economy, shipping and factories and workers all get back to normal so that we may be able to offer the best pricing around. With that being said, we are happy to hear that our technician was able to help you. We will also continue to give you the AWEsome service that you are used to. Thank you for being our Valued Client!

Efrain was on time and did a very efficient job in a respectful amount of time. He was very polite, professional and respectful. AWE installed my furnace, air conditioner and humidifier within the last year. Also cleaned the ducts. I would recommend AWE to anyone. Everyone from the people who answer the phone to the maintenance and repair people are polite, professional and efficient. I have the maintenance program (pay a small amount a month) which is more than worth it. A proper working furnace and air conditioner is so important for safety and efficiency. I'm very glad I have AWE to rely on. Thank you.

AWE is out to SCAM its customers !!! Beware of this company We called AWE services for furnace repair as they claim to be experts with Lennox ( $15,000 system which they installed via COSTCO ). They sent a technician who charged us $520 for draining a clogged pipe and left the house saying he needs to replace bunch of control board replacement parts ( which need to get ordered ) to get the furnace working. I was very skeptical of this as we had just spent $2K replacing the control board's 2 yrs ago. Decided to call another company to come take a look and they fixed the issue by just making sure the water was completely flushed out of the system ( charged us $120 for this simple fix, no new parts installed ). See the picture attached which shows the water in the furnace that 2nd company had to flush out after AWE. When I called back to complain about this service, the service manager says she stands behind the technician diagnosis.. which makes absolutely no sense. They are out there to fleece their customers

We are very sorry to hear of your frustration. Yes, we installed your equipment back in 2013. However, there hasn't been any maintenance done since then. We always advise every Client that annual maintenance is required. That hasn't been done to date. When you did call us in 2018 you only spent $89 diagnostic as we recommended a new circuit board. We called you with a quote of non MVP pricing of just under $900.00. You wanted part numbers so that you could order yourself, which we declined. I'm unsure what company you spent $2,000.00 with but it wasn't us. You didn't have us out again until this last call 9/23/21. During that time our technician found the inducer motor not working and water build up due to muck, which is caused by lack of maintenance, again. All the charges were labor and our technician got an approval signature prior to work beginning AND signature of approval of completed work. As for the work completed by another company, with no parts, that will more than likely be a temporary repair because your parts were compromised due to the water in your system. We are not a scam Company. Our reputation is that we take care of Client and we tried to do that. We would not be in business, with a stellar reputation, if we were scamming people. We are sorry you feel this way and we will be happy to help you with anything further. Thank you!
