  My furnace broke last Wednesday, I called my warranty. On Friday morning they called and said they couldn't find anyone because too busy and new years. So after many calls and leaving messages because noone answered. I was beginning to give up . The temps were dropping fast. Then that evening this company called back !! Amber apologized for not answering but she returned my call asap ! Next thing I knew Jake was coming to look at my furnace !! He drove an hour to get here . He was very nice and knowledgeable and professional! Even though it was New Years Eve and Freezing out this company showed up and stayed until fixed and running properly. AND still running ! Avid is definitely #1 in my book ! Thank You !! Cynthia

  We woke up one morning at the start of a nasty stretch of a record-setting heat wave to find out our AC had stopped working. We had utiliized Avid another time in the past for a minor furnace repair and had a positive experience, so I reached out to them. I spoke with Amber, who was just a delightful, friendly person. Although the schedule was full, she was somehow able to arrange an appointment for repair for us that day, just a few hours after I called. Jake was our repair tech and he was also a delight -- he diagnosed and fixed the problem within 15 mins. He then patiently answered several questions I had about some heating options we had been considering for our lower living area and was very informative and professional and pointed us to Dave at Avid for more information. Our experience has been very positive with Avid, and we definitely recommend them for heating/cooling issues. They've got a great team and we are so grateful to them for their great service and responsiveness. Thank you Avid!

  AVID heating and Cooling responded quickly to our furnace not working. Jake assessed the issue quickly and informed me by showing the broken equipment on our current furnace. The repairs were extensive as our furnace was very old. AVID was quick to schedule a time for replacement of the furnace, and installed the new furnace in record speed! I would highly recommend AVID to anyone as their professionalism and prompt response to our broken furnace was addressed in stellar time.
