  When our HVAC tanked, we wanted a new one that was more efficient. Francisco gave us a thorough consultation of the pros/cons of adding a mini-split to a new HVAC system to cool the the attic bedroom in our 100-yr-old home. The mini-split has handled the extremes in our spring weather better than we hoped. Before the install, techs did a walk through to make sure of placements & planning. They were then flexible in scheduling installation around our recent snowstorms. Coy and Spencer were friendly and efficient, even when faced with the particular surprises that an old house can sometimes present. They were responsive and professional, explaining all procedures carefully. I highly recommend the team at Avalos for all of these reasons, but mostly because they truly understand and practice customer care and service.

  Avalos Heating and Air and their Team are Very Professional and Personal. We had a Excellent Installation of our New Heating and Air System. The Team Explained all things as they worked. We would HIGHLY recommend them for Service and Installation. We have used them for Service for several years. They are the BEST we have ever used. They have become very good friends.

  We recently had Avalos Heating and Air replace our whole HVAC system. Out of four different Heating and Air companies, they provided the best bid and best service, by far. They were able to complete the services very quickly and efficiently. They also explained how everything was going to work and made sure all my questions were answered.Their staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys for all your hard work and friendliness.
