  I went today and had a great experience. Matt up front was so nice and polite to me. I often dread going to places to get my car checked because I feel like I get took advantage of as a female. Alot of places get very short with me when I ask questions but it's just that I don't know about cars. When I went here today, Matt made me feel so comfortable and had no problem answering my questions and explaining things. Plus it was busy, many people coming in back to back, many people calling in back to back and this man still remained professional when most people would've got an attitude or lost composure. I sat up there and watched him just amazed at how he handled it and had that place on lock! Just a stand up nice guy and I really appreciate that. I will NOT go anywhere else from now on because of this man right here! I hope he reads this and knows how thankful I am of his service. Shout out to the staff in the back too, I seen you all working hard as well, what a great company--- Joy G.

  I bought tires from them in March, and also bought an alignment. The pictures posted happened in the middle of August. My driver side tire literally popped as I was pulling in my driveway. Had it towed back to them to fix and they told me that the springs in the back were bad and needed to be replaced. I wasn't sure about it, so I took it to a mechanic that I trusted. Come to find out, my car doesn't even have springs in the back. And on top of it all, they charged me, albeit prorated, for 2 new tires in the back after they didn't align it. Beware of this place.
