  Great service from John and his team. I've used Austin Star service for a while now for maintenance and repairs on my AC equipment. They also helped me to clear warranty work with the manufacturer which was a real help. Honest and reliable service!

  These guys are great! We got quotes from multiple contractors for some ductwork and ac cleaning and they gave us the most confidence in their work and really put forth effort to give us multiple options and gave very clear expectations. My wife interacted with them for the most part and she felt heard and taken care of during the whole process. Since then, I've used them again for a separate emergency summer repair while I was away from home and they were communicative and efficient.

  Jon knows his STUFF! He is honest, well-versed and uses data to support his suggestions/improvements. He helped us when our AC went out and was at our home day and night until we were back up and running. Going above and beyond, he checked up on us daily until he knew that we were happy with the system. Not to mention the business runs smoothly, on-time, and professionally. I HIGHLY recommend Austin Star Services!!!
