I've used them for years for various heating and cooling needs, and they're always quick, reliable, professional, and friendly. Most recently, John diagnosed our furnace problem and really knew his stuff. Plus he was a nice guy and highly professional. I recommend these guys.

I ordered a split heat pump system from them and there was a glitch in the order. Management got involved and solved it immediately. Customer service is much more important than price. I would definitely not only recommend Austex Heating & Air Conditioning I would buy from them again.

Austex Heating & Air Conditioning installed my new AC unit a few years ago and has been performing regular maintenance check ups ever since. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are a pleasure to deal with.I would definitely hire them again.
