It’s been two years now since Attic Man replaced my AC system in a rental house in Sacramento. Midsummer I get a call from tenant AC not working and is really hot in the house. Called Attic Man and talked to Mario the owner, they were out that day to do repairs, unfortunately it was beyond repair and I had to replace. The original unit was undersized for a 5 bedroom house and Mario gave me a great quote on a system that would better suit the house. The system has worked great, and I’m now going to join their maintenance Program so they can check it a couple of times a year to keep it serviced.I’m extremely happy with the service I receive and Highly recommend this company!

Atticman made us feel like family. They were professional, caring, And they know what they are doing..they Take the time to explain any questions you may have.. And we now have a wonderful brand new system in our home 🏡 My only regret was not meeting them sooner. 😊 I fully recommend Atticman!

I live on the other side of Sacramento from Atticman's offices but they were here on time and ready to replace our furnace. Even though our furnace was over thirty years old it has always performed well and showed no signs of failing. So I'm thinking if it's not broke don't fix it. But there were rebates and incentives out there encouraging me to get a new Electric system. so I did and I'm glad I chose Atticman to do the deed. They showed professionalism, answered questions and instilled confidence. I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.
