  ***American Home Shield Contractor. DO NOT buy an AHS warranty. My original review was a 1-star because they were a no call/no show to the first appointment. For the second appointment, Chad showed up, nice and early in the morning. He reattached some duct work which had fallen off the air handler. After the work was completed, I verified with another local company that the work was done correctly. They said it was a bit sloppy but that it should hold up fine. Would I go with ATR if I had my choice of companies? Absolutely not. Did they fix the issue? Yes.

  Horrible customer service, the call center repeatedly sends you to voicemail. I had to call each time to ask if my parts were in, then given horrible scheduling options. First technician told me he needed to order a part, 2 weeks later I called back and was told the order had been closed as if he had completed the job. Second visit, was originally scheduled on Friday (window from 10am-4pm). Nobody showed Friday, with no warning from the company and the customer service department unreachable. Finally arrived Saturday morning. Second technician actually worked to find the issue but again had to order a part. Two more weeks and no return phone call, when I finally got through they set up another appointment. I have been without heat for going on 5 weeks and it is still not resolved. I would not have used this company, except it is who my Home Warranty Company sent out. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  ATR came to fix my LG dryer that will not turn on. It took the guy less than 5minutes for diagnosis. I was thinking, goodness do I have to call the insurance again for another deductible charge. But the guy was so kind that he contacted the insurance himself to send an electrician. This is the first time that someone actually did that hat they said they will do. So thankful
