  No issues. They provide Natural Gas to my home. I did call and inquire about how much it would cost to have my gas meter moved to the front of my house versus it's original install location of the street behind my home. Let's just say $50,000.00 was out of my budget!!!

  The customer service that I have received with this company has always been excellent. We were out of town last summer and missed a bill. The customer service rep took the late fee off of the bill and accepted payment over the phone -- very helpful and considerate. They just disconnected our gas yesterday because they detected a leak during a pipe inspection. While I don't enjoy not having any hot water, I greatly appreciate their having saved us from a much bigger problem later on.

  Definition of horrible customer service. They disconnected my gas first thing on the morning it was due. Called to get turned back on and they can't do that until Friday. It would be worth it to upgrade my house to electric to never deal with these guys again
