  Blower has been replaced three times! Three times since 1968! I've only had the place since 2012 but the last time a blower motor was installed was 1989, that would be motor #2 subsequently had a new one installed in Pacifica. Judging by the date you guys did all the "new" Dolger" homes in Fairmont West.

  Called to ask them to come out and look at a beater issue in one bathroom and they said they would have someone call me back. Nobody called and I guess they are either too busy or didn't want to help me with smaller problems. Giving them 1 star, because I pretty much had only one interaction and was not a good one. Update: I called back Hugh who responded to me and this man helped me with open arms. I appreciate it Hugh.

  Fabrizio did an excellent job correcting the ventilation on my heater and installing a new thermostat. He gave me piece of mind by showing me that there was no longer any level of carbon monoxide detected after his repairs. Went above and beyond and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. A+!
