  Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with anyone working on my ac unit. Very sweet and honest person. I will only be using him from here on out. Very reasonable rates and 100% professional. I couldn't recommend him anymore than to say the best !!

  Both workers arrived to work in our home at the time we had scheduled them. They were courteous, clean (Taking off their shoes coming and going from the home) they were obviously very knowledgeable and efficient in the business of HVAC installation and or repair. They relocated a thermostat to a more practical location in an upstairs room, As opposed to where the thermostat had been located in an upstairs hallway. Both William Smith and William Smith Jr. had been in our home previously doing work, so we knew we can trust them as my wife and I continued about our day running various chores and errands while feeling secure about leaving the men to do their work. By the time we finished our running/chores, the job was completed and the house was found just as we left it with all doors secured. Excellent, excellent service from two fine men representing this fine company.

  William did a wonderful job! Fixed the problem. Was professional and polite! Response time on placing a service call was much quicker than I thought. Will do business with them again!
