  I highly recommend Atlantic Shore! I had to have my AC system replaced and I feel so fortunate to have discovered Atlantic Shore. From the beginning, when Mark (the owner) came to do the estimate, I felt a high level of confidence and security in their ability to do an excellent and respectful job. Mark made it clear that he and his team (Jake, his son, and Mike) would take great care to observe protection protocols while working, including the wearing of masks. This was even before he knew how very concerned I was about Covid and having to have people in my home. His assurances were realized when the installation occurred. Besides just being very clean and professional overall, any time that someone touched something, such as a bannister, etc, they would let me so that I could eventually wipe it down. I was extremely impressed with their concern. The installation, which I was actually dreading because my system is set up very strangely, couldn't have gone more smoothly. Part of my system is located in a crawl space above my bedroom and the other part in an area outside. They had to run up and down stairs, in and out of the crawl space, from the inside to outside several times. In spite of all the extra running around (more than they likely have to do for other home's setups!), they were extremely good natured and did an excellent job installing the system. The high quality of their work and the kindness and concern displayed by Mark (as well as Missy who handles the phone calls among many other things), make me wish I could give them 100 stars! Atlantic Shore is the very best--and with so many companies to choose from, I urge everyone to choose the very best!!!

  Mark was very patient in answering all of our questions prior to and during installation. Mike, Joe and Jack were professional and polite during the entire installation. They took precautions to protect all of my furnishings and cleaned up after working. Missy was extremely helpful with all of the warranties and always got back to me in a timely fashion.

  I have to share my experience with Atlantic Shore Heating and Air condition in Brick NJ. I called yesterday requesting an appointment to fire up my AC system for the season. I received a phone call the very next day with an appointment thanks Missy. I spoke with Mark the owner explaining what will be done to my AC state. They are running a pre season opening special $49.95 which is an excellent price. But more important not only it is a great price to start your system. The Tech “ Jake “ is an excellent professional came prepared to do a great Job he was wearing a mask on time. He examined and fired up my system at my house like no one else did. Very very thorough and did a great Job. They are a family operated business and they do an excellent Job. Make sure to call them NOW and book your appointment now and take advantage of the $49.99 special guys and Girls. Jake thanks again for doing an outstanding Job.
