Austin and Dallas were the reps at the AT&T office in Harlan Ky. Right thru the door they immediately greeted me and asked how they could help. I explained to them the problem charging my phone was having, and now would not come on. The phone was well taken care of, but just like apple true to form it self destructed. So they tried to look at it, they are not a repair site. They told me the closest approved repair site. They also went as far as using their own chargers (with my permission) to see if they could get it on to assess the situation better. As we saw it wouldn’t charge for their’s either they began to go through all the options I had, and explained each one thoroughly to me. Then when I decided that I would take a new phone, they went over all discounts, deals, promotions with me. Told me what each choice cost as a whole & monthly and compared it to others. After talking and discovering I was a nurse, they shared with me the advantages of Apple Watch 6- darn they’re good salesmen 😂 So I got the new phone and watch. They helped me set it up, even helped me retrieve my ICloud info since it was logged on “notes” on my dead phone. Then after me taking up so much of their time, while I watched them work together to keep assisting me, but attended to the other 4 customers that came in while I was there, they asked me if I needed them to help with bill pay or anything else. They went VERY far and above for me. I’ve had MANY poor experiences with AT&T as a business/corporation, but these two young gentlemen were a nice reprise to bring back a little faith with AT&T. Even held the door open for me.

Quickest, most efficient trip to AT&T EVER! I was in and out with 3 new cell phone lines in 30 minutes. I asked for pricing scenarios with different phones. Brianna was able to give me this quickly. Brianna and Dylan were knowledgeable and didn’t waste my time. If you’ve had an unpleasant experience before they were there (and I did, trust me), give them a try. I’m thankful we finally have some good customer service at our AT&T store!
