  Assured responded immediately and came out the same day. As expected, I needed a new furnace (it was ancient). They walked me through what had to be done and what didn’t which I appreciated. I got multiple bids and Assured’s had the clearest scope of work and was the least expensive! I did some research and across hundreds of reviews, I could not find a dissatisfied customer. We scheduled the replacement for the same week and their team arrived on time, masked, and ready to work. They finished within a few hours and my house is comfortable again. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

  Assured was fantastic to work with, from the initial estimate to installation! The estimate was thoroughly explained and accurate. The process of moving forward with the project and scheduling of work was smooth and efficient. The work crew arrived as expected and were professional, friendly, and considerate.   I had to get a gas line moved and wanted to change it to a flexible line. Completed it quickly and ensure the gas was leak checked and all gas units were working properly before finishing the job. And because I was finishing my basement gave me some tips on the best way to utilize the existing system to do it properly as I had some questions. Very helpful and did really great work.
