  We called Assured to help us troubleshoot our gas fireplace. I had called them over a year ago when I still had LP gas to try to get it running, and he said we needed a new part for it. He was going to follow up with us about the part, and never did. However, we let it drop since we figured we would soon be converting to natural gas. Again, we called them out over a year later to convert the fireplace to natural gas. We had the parts for the conversion (both LP and natural gas), but the tech came out and said he couldn't figure out which part was correct, so he recommended that we get a new part. Again, he said he would follow up with us if he could find the part, and he never did - we ended up going through a supplier. It took several weeks for the part to come in, but once I received it we called Assured again - then I was told that they had a note in my account that they wouldn't service us! I was given no indication of this during my previous visits and explained the situation and how I was not trying to waste anyone's time. I had paid for the previous visits, as well! They directed me to talk to the manager, since she was the only one that could override the decision, but she wasn't in the office. I left my number for her to contact me - and guess what, she never did. I'm not going to argue to get them to do business with me. I called someone else, and HE could figure out the correct part out of the several that I ended up with over this ordeal, and he got the issue corrected. I will not be going back to Assured, and I do not recommend their company! There is no follow-through!

  Being without heat early on a Saturday morning is very frustrating. I called Assured . The technician called back and talked me through checking the furnace and thermostat. Turned out I just needed new batteries in my thermostat. All his help and no charge. Many thanks for the great service.

  We had a mini-split system installed over the summer and could not have been more pleased with the service and system. During a time with expected equipment and part delays Assured had already ordered the system we needed and were able to finish the install in a very timely manner. Their crew that completed the install were professional and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this company.
