Assured Climate is my GO TO HVAC repair and replacement company! I am a real estate agent, so I know many HVAC contractors, and Assured Climate provided me excellent service for a great value! This family business replaced my gas furnace and central air conditioning. They recommended the best value set-up for my home without overselling me a system I did not need. I know they do a lot of home warranty work, too. I always tell all of my real estate clients that if they choose a home warranty for their repairs, they will need to wait their turn. It's a great program, but warranty customers need to understand you get a great price but there's 1-2 day wait many times.

BEWARE! Question Everything!!! I have AHS who contacted this company (Assured Climate) to come and diagnose and repair the heat on the 1st floor of our home. A very nice and manerable young gentleman, (found out later is the son of the owner) came out and diagnosed the gas valve needs replacing. It took him little time to diagnose. He also offered to do some work under my house, crawl space he felt was needed with fittings and ducts and insulation; I declined the offer. No problem, they ordered the gas valve and a few days later it came in. An approintment was set and the first truck arrived to install the gas value that was an older gentleman who I found out is the owner of the company. A few minutes later, another truck arrived with the son and another worker. They all went under the house and worked for about an hour. The Owner came out and rang the doorbell. I was in a video conference so he explained to my wife they could not fix the heater; it was beyond repairs and they condemed it and would let AHS know. We were to say the least beyond shocked. Assured Climate contacted AHS and of course, AHS approved the replacement of the entire heater unit. In addition to the replaement of the entire heater unit, Assured Climate generated up a listing of charges called modifications to repair duck work, fittings, wiring, and a list of about eight modifications totalling $2,800.00, that I the customer would have to pay to Assured Climate before they would do the work; modifications are not covered under my home warranty. Something just did not sound right so I asked for a second opinion from AHS which I paid for. Another company came out and diagnosed the gas valve needs to be replaced. They ordered it, a week later installed it in 30 minutes and the uuit is working just fine. I asked, what condition is my unit in and the ducting, the technician said all looks fine and the unit satisfactorly passed all the required safety checks so no issues with the furnace or ducting at all. When I told him what Assured Climate determined and recommended, he dropped his head and said, I am sorry to hear this; this is not even close to what is going on with your unit. As the homeowner, it sounds to me like this was a HUGE "Up Sale" knowing AHS would approve the replacement of a brand new unit; cha-ching, cha-ching; where they went wrong was the extra $2,800.00 (Super Cha-Ching) in modification that would go straight into their pockets. Sorry, I am not funding your Christmas Party or Holiday bonuses to your employees; Beware of this company, their integrity is questionable. I formally reported this to AHS in a professionalism complaint asking they do not use them again. v/r, Dr. K. King and Family

Used my AHS warranty on my home to get an HVAC company out to look into why my heat was not working. Technician came out, and found my system board was partially dead. Replaced it 2 days later once it arrived. After my heat came on, and all seemed legit, when i went to turn it off, and turn it back on, the fan would blow, but no heat. I replaced the thermostat, hoping that was it, but the technician ended up coming back out from Assured, and found the ignitor was dead. Being a bit mechanically and electrically inclined, i understand these things happen, and the technician replaced it on the spot. I cannot talk highly enough about this business, and I appreciate their promptness, and professionalism during the whole process.
