  We purchased air conditioning units for two houses from ASAP Heating & Air and the experience has been extremely positive. I called them on Thursday at 9:00 am and had quotes for both houses in my email the same day. Units both installed within a week - during a heat wave. Is was so nice to call and have someone actually answer the phone, and communications were excellent the whole way through. The installers were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will call them in the future for any heating and cooling needs, they definitely earned our continued business. I highly recommend this company.

  They responded to my message quickly and came right over when my furnace went out! Needed a new one and they left me heaters to keep me warm until they could get my new furnace installed! They were very nice, professional, efficient and answered all my questions! When they were done, they cleaned up perfectly! I would highly recommend there Business! Thanks Again for coming to my rescue!

  My central air conditioner is old.... 20+ years old. I had been told it was not worth fixing, and was resigned to having to replace it. I had been trying for several days to get someone... some company... to come out and give me a quote and do the job.... nobody seemed interested in my business. Called ASAP at about 9 a.m..... phone was answered by a real person... a polite person! By 3 p.m. the same day, my A/C was again cooling my house wonderfully. He came out to quote a new unit... said my current one could be repaired... immediately did the repair... and it works great... all at a great price. I was and remain so impressed!
