  Wow, I wish I had come here before letting these thefts into my home. They came out to look at my unit which, is 4 years so brand new. Told me it was backed up and to drain it would be 1100.00 Sure, I signed up for it. A day later the unit started freezing up. They came back out and told me the motor need to be replaced at 800.00. The next day it was freezing up again. This time they came out and told me there is nothing they can do unless I change all my duck work in my home. Now, I still had the leaking and had to daily shop vac water for the pan. The unit froze up again the next day. I am done with this company. I called out another company. The drain line was still blocked, and I have the pipes to show how bad they were. They replaced them and the drain is no longer backing up. It's been 3 days with no freezing up. They did replace a part add freon and all seem to be working. NO, my duck did not need to be replaced!! And I just got a call on 12/03/21 about the estimate for the air duct from John Weiss. They call about the estimate but not about the problem at hand. All they care about is money and ripping people off. I filed a dispute with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They got one star because I could not save unless I select one otherwise it's no star in my book

  The entire process was great! From the first phone call to the completion on my project. Our plumber Rick, was terrific! Very friendly, answered all my questions and finished the job the very same day in just a few hours. Very happy with the replacement of both my toilets. I will definitely use Art again!

  Casey and Chris didn't just do a good job for Art Plumbing AC & Electric; these guys did a great job and were very professional. My wife and I thank the company for your service. We are so happy that Home Depot referred us to Art Plumbing AC & Electric for installation of our Hot Water Heater. Their response was prompt and service excellent. K & K Jackson
