  Website said they were open 24 hours. My system went out. I called, the answering service answered and said I would get a call back. I did get a call back, no heat or air conditioning and I was told to call back in the morning. Depends on what definition you have of emergency. I can not review service as I’ll go elsewhere, but I will say that believing in their 24 hour claim is a lie, the company representative who called me said, “I don’t know what’s on the website”. Good luck.

  Thanks for reaching out and letting us know of your experience. We (like most contractors) employ an answering service as an extension of our office after hours to allow us to offer 24 hour emergency service. Our technician was called shortly after 11 pm when your call came in and upon waking up responded to you by 11:20. All calls are emergencies, however it is difficult to diagnose an air conditioning call in the dark, hence his recommendation of us coming out in the morning.   ANI installed a new HVAC system in my house several years ago and has been doing semi-annual maintenance checks on it since then. The initial work was well done and not overly expensive for the system I ordered. Technicians are competent and courteous. They show up when scheduled . I trust them and am happy with their work.
