Stay away from this company!! We had ARS of Richmond install new mini-splits in our home right before COVID. During the install, they damaged our roof which resulted in thousands of dollars in repairs, which their insurance company would not reimburse. The install took a week longer than they estimated and there were many other issues during install, I don't think their crews knew what they were doing. Now that we have had the units for about 18 months, we are now experiencing water damage in every wall where the units are installed. We are looking to have a separate company come our and re-install the entire system. I will never use this company again and would rate them as 0 Stars, if I could. Beware, I would not recommend this company!!!

Came out same day to diagnose, a Cold Saturday (!), and made right diagnosis. Part came in on Wed and was installed on Thurs. furnace has been working well for a week now, so we are happy. Costs were reasonable, and no pressure to buy a new system. I recommend them.

I called for a quote. They sent someone out, the quote that I received was the highest quote from any company. They called me back 2 months later and said that they were running a special where they were sponsoring a charity, and asked if they could do the work now? I told them that they were the highest price quote that I had received so no thank you. They replied we price match! I said why would I let you price match someone that gave me a fair price to start with. They said something unprofessional and hung up the phone. I recommend anyone besides this company. BEWARE.
