Disappointed with recent experience with ARS. After technician determined we needed new motors for our heating unit and ordered the parts three weeks ago, we have yet to be contacted about the status of the parts and repair. We’ve called two different times to get an update and were told someone would follow up up with us and that has yet to happen. We understand in the current climate supplies can be hard to get. A simple phone call or email to let us know we’ve not “fallen through the cracks” would be appreciated. We are very disappointed especially given the fact that we have been loyal customers for many years. We would have given a 1 star review had it not been for the kind and helpful technician that came out and diagnosed our problem.

Service Tech was great. Friendly and professional. ARS as a company is not very reliable. I just had my unit installed in Sept 21 and have already had techs here 4 times for repair. I was given the guarantee when I purchased the unit that if they didn’t have my unit operational within 24 hours I would receive $500. I called on Thursday and it was Saturday afternoon before my system was repaired.
