I do not recommend believing the salesman of the company when they warranty their work. My permit was never closed out. They only cover parts and labor for 1 year and the manufacture covers the system for ten years and then your paying for the $99 for the service call and whatever the repair is beyond that. I recommend finding a different company that covers the equipment longer and not using ARS and the Home Depot for this. Also the markup on their equipment that they sell it’s ridiculous I was originally quoted $11,000 but seeing as I know from having family in the heating and cooling business what the cost of the machine is, was able to pay only $6000 for a new 5 ton system, but under the condition that I would not have to worry about my system for the duration of the manufacture warranty. Bottom line is other companies cover their new products longer and I highly recommend another company for this service and more than likely other services as well.

*Update- Tyla in installation is working to make this right. She was very kind and helpful so I am hoping that they stand by their promise of great customer care. This company is an absolute joke! I WISH I had read the reviews before choosing them. We only went with them because of the rep at Home Depot, so we assumed that it would be a good company. We were wrong! From being almost 8 hours late (originally scheduled for between 9-11, they rescheduled to 12-2, showed up at almost 5pm), not having proper equipment for the job, leaving at almost 1am, and not being able to get in touch with any manager regarding these issues are some of the main issues. Not to mention our brand new install doesn’t cool completely. I would never choose them or recommend them to anyone.

I wouldn’t expect them to be accurate with their service windows. The reality of a 10 am to 2 pm service window is a call at 3:39 pm, an arrival at 3:45 pm and a tech departure at 4:30 pm. They are good about scheduling you day-of or within a few days of your request. Good service and quality work as long as you aren’t in any hurry. Also, there is no reason to have a “Schedule Online” button on your website if it just sends your number to you customer service department. I understand this is industry standard but many people would prefer to manage their appointments digitally.
