One of the worst experiences ever. We are long time customers with a "service contract" and cannot get service. Called yesterday as heat went out and was told a tech would be out today between 8-12, called at 12 to confirm they were still on the way and was then told they can't get to us until tomorrow. Was never planning on calling us to let us know... we just got bumped...Very unfortunate. I cancelled our serve plan and appointment. Called Air One Tech in Chantilly, super fast service, they don't overbook...tech was out a took care of issue within the hour... funny how things work. Do your research and shop around and NEVER EVER... get the service plan.. its a scam!!... We've had other bad experiences as well with ARS but I don't have the time or patience to go into them in this post...

I recently had my entire system replaced by them and I was very disappointed with the whole process. The techs were polite and professional but they felt more like pushy sales people before and after the installation. The salesman we had out was great, really the only reason we picked ARS. The manager got involved and also pushed to close the sale. It very much felt like buying a used car. The install was set up extremely quickly which was nice, but they showed up missing parts. The install was supposed to take one day but took two days and they had to come back a third day when the humidifier and dampers weren't working right.

We had a good experience with ARS replacing our HVAC system. We met with Melvin and he was nice to deal with and didn't pull any hard sales tactics. We got a few quotes from others and while ARS was not the lowest, they matched the best proposal. It also helped that they had the units in stock so they could start work almost immediately. Install crew was punctual and thorough - they walked me through the job, cleaned up after the work was done, and tested everything before leaving. County inspector has signed off on the work since and things have been good thus far.
