  Rick has serviced my AC equipment multiple times over the past few years and is always on time and provides professional expertise. I have had other providers sent out through my home warranty company that wanted to charge me for items not in need of repair. I have called Rick to come out and review their work and he has saved me significant dollars. I appreciate working with a contractor who is knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend Arrow .

  I found the technician Arrow sent out to be dishonest and believe he is not above sabotaging a unit to try to make a sale. He insisted that I pay him above the American Home Shield fee, claimed to do things he didn't, and the system has not been right since he left. He tried to sell me a new system and made derogatory statements about the inspector we hired to look at the house before purchasing, American Home Shield, my house, the brand of HVAC unit I have, and in my decision making ability. I would rate this company as a zero if Google would offer me that choice. Obviously, I do not recommend this company ... buyer beware.

  Called Rick and Donna in 2015, prices were reasonable and they accurately diagnosed my issue. While I didn't have the repair work done at that time I still recommend this company.
