  Had owner Paul Clark stop by and give me an estimate on new furnace system. He was very professional and courteous.Gave me valuable information about my existing system and a reasonable estimate on replacing it with a new one. He is my leading candidate to choose when I decide to update.

  My husband and I were very pleased with Arrow Heating & Cooling from Anderson, IN. I called 8 other companies who were else not available for 8 - 10 wks; Three of them did not have the equipment to clean furnace air ducts (even though they advertised duct cleaning); and a few who did not return my call. We live in Winchester, IN (a smaller community), so we were very pleased to receive an appt. in less than a week. Paul's knowledge of his service and business were greatly appreciated. They cleaned up when they were finished and very courteous. We would recommend them 100% They get 5 Stars from us. Thank you, Don & Deb Shilt.

  Pilot light went out this morning and they were out within a very reasonable time. Changed the parts out that were needed and talked to me about how our system works and what we can do in the future to help our system.
