ARP has been installing and maintaining my HVAC equipment for the last 15 years. They are fantastic! Everyone from the owner, office staff to the technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I just had a new furnace installed by ARP and the techs were great and very helpful. The install was done quickly and without any problems. I recommended ARP to 4 family members and they were all very pleased. I'm very satisfied with everything that they have done for me. You won't be disappointed going with ARP.

We highly recommend ARP. Our service technician, Buddy, who arrived on the first day was extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing the issue with our furnace when it went out during extreme cold temperatures. He offered suggestion for how to maintain our house safely while awaiting our new furnace install. The day of the install the 5 person team that arrived was knowledgeable, friendly and very conscientious about our home. Chuck and Andy also made sure that our pre-existing steam humidifier got wired into the new furnace. Thank you to the excellent professionalism and service from the ARP team!

Everyone including the receptionist, the owner, the initial person to make an assessment for the estimate, and the two workers who installed my new water heater we’re all very prompt and professional, and also very friendly and courteous. The workers were on time, efficient and prepared, very knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves like they were never here. I haven’t received that quality of service since Sears went out of business! They definitely have the latest updates for water heaters including a water sensor that goes in the drip pan that can be hooked up to Wi-Fi to alert your phone when it senses water. And glass line tanks that won’t rust from the inside. My utility room is so cramped that the washing machine and dryer had to be removed along with the furnace that was blocking the water heater in the corner next to a large pipe. They drained the water heater with a hose since I didn’t have a floor drain, removed the old water heater and installed the new one with the sensor. Reinstalled the furnace and made sure the furnace and water heater both worked properly. Reconnected my washer and dryer, and cleaned up with no trace of them having been there. They explained anything I needed to know along the way and made sure I had the instructions to the sensor battery codes and how to connect my phone to the sensor. All done efficiently and for a reasonable price. Well done!
