  Let me tell you, Mike from Armstrong is the best. He’s nice, professional, and very wholesome. Along with doing an awesome job with my heater last year, he took time to pet my cats and even brought them snacks! I’m always gonna use this place!

  Alliant found a gas leak in my furnace and had to shut it off until it could get fixed. They gave me Mike's number and he was at my house very quickly. He was friendly, worked fast, but was thorough, and even had treats for my 3 dogs (who all loved him). He even happened to have a filter for my furnace and was able to give me an idea of what a project would cost. Great guy!

  After the first service I was charged over $300.00. My AC unit worked for a little over a month then the same exact part broke on it. We called them back and they tried charging us for ANOTHER $245.00 for the same thing they replaced the first time. They were only at our house for 2.5 hours the 2nd time and we were charged for 3.5. When I called to discuss the issue they were rude to me. I will not be calling them for service again..
