  We had our entire heating and cooling system replaced. Everyone at Arizona Comfort Systems was very professional. The system was delivered and installed as promised. I am very happy with the service.

  Horrible experience. Brand new furnace installed by AZ Comfort Systems last winter. And now this winter it doesn't work. Their installation was horrible, the vent they installed didn't fit and they left my house messy. I have to pay a lot more just to have them diagnose the problem, when it's their fault. It seems like a scam to me. I'm furious.

  Kelsey, Thank you for leaving a review. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your furnace. All installations receive a 1 year equipment, material, and workmanship warranty from the date of installation. As your furnace was installed on 12/2/2020 and you requested service on 3/21/2022 this unfortunately falls outside the one year warranty. Fortunately, we do provide maintenance plans that can extend this warranty and even include the diagnostic service fee for up to 15 years!   Robert M provided exceptional customer service repairing the A/C on our heat pump system. He's a real pro and took time to explain the problem and how he was going to repair it. We were over-joyed that we could be scheduled so quickly and the admin. assistant/scheduler was extremely helpful. Thanks for a very pleasant experience.
