  I am a Realtor and am always reluctant to call a service company out to diagnose a plumbing issue, it normally leads to a laundry list of repairs needed and outrageous costs to repair! NOT THIS COMPANY! Arellano sent James Neely (Journeyman Plumber) out to diagnose a water flow issues, he did not miss a beat and checked the home inside and out. When he left I had a written report ...listing the cause of the problem, list of repairs needed to fix and the cost (very reasonable).I highly recommend Arellano and will use and suggest this company without hesitation.

  My husband and I have tried several times to get someone out to us. We called three times to request a quote or set up an appointment and was told each time that we'd get a call back with the quote same day. We didn't get a call back any time that we tried. Super disappointed.

  I called Hector on Friday May7th, 2021 and told him about my problem about my shower tub drain as it won’t turn because the pipe underneath will pull away from me when I go to turn it. He explained to me that someone has to push up on the pipe so you can get it threaded on and also that it’s galvanized steel so replacing it with PVC would be best. Well.....Hector told me to text him a couple of pictures so he can see what’s going on so I did. I didn’t get anything from him on Friday and I didn’t bug him because I know he’s probably busy. I called on Monday and talked to the administrative assistant and told her what’s going on, she told me that Hector would reach out to me today about scheduling him to come out. Well.......I gave it until about 3PM and finally text messaged Hector on his phone because he gave me his personal phone to text pictures and he never responded. Needless to say this is bad business I can’t even shower because the drain is not in and Hector swore that he could get this taken care of. If you don’t want to do the job then be honest with me and I will move onto other plumbing companies that will take the job. Don’t lead customers to think are motivated for a difficult job when clearly you aren’t.
