  Quincy/DeGraff area is always the last ones to get service restored and it takes them hours to do it. This is the second time on two weeks that this has happened.

  Needed a part for my furnace and gave them a call. Very friendly and very helpful. They where going to order the part I needed but they ended up having it on hand. Just went and picked it up.
